Refund Policy — Medical Aesthetic Services

All services, treatments, procedures, and injections are non-refundable. Outcomes vary and results are not guaranteed.

Prepaid Services, Packages & Memberships

All prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. Credits may be transferred only if it is medically unsafe to continue treatment. Prepaid services and packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Retail Product Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 14 days for store credit. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Exchanges due to allergic reactions may be offered at management discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, hold no cash value, and may not be applied toward gratuity.

Photo Consent

Before-and-after photos are required for medical documentation purposes and will not be used for marketing without signed consent.

Right to Refuse Service

Elevate Medical Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for safety, ethical, or behavioral reasons.

Pricing & Promotions

Pricing may change at any time. Promotions cannot be retroactively applied, combined, or applied to Cherry payment plans unless explicitly stated.
