Refund Policy

Medical Aesthetic Services

All services, treatments, procedures, injections, deposits, and associated fees are non-refundable. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that aesthetic medicine involves individual variability and results are not guaranteed.

Payment is rendered for professional time, expertise, clinical judgment, and product utilized — not for a specific aesthetic outcome. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Prepaid Services, Packages & Memberships

All prepaid services, treatment packages, memberships, and promotional purchases are non-refundable. Packages and prepaid services expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Expired services are forfeited.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Deposits are applied toward services rendered and are forfeited if cancellation terms are violated. Deposits have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.

Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

In the event of a documented allergic reaction, an exchange or store credit may be offered at management’s discretion.

Third-Party Financing & Payment Processing

Elevate Medical Spa partners with third-party providers, including Cherry for financing and Clover for payment processing. Use of third-party financing does not alter or override our Refund Policy.

Patients remain financially responsible for all services rendered, regardless of financing arrangements. Approval, payment plans, and financing terms are agreements between the patient and the financing provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, deposits, or prepaid treatments that violate this policy may result in collection action, additional administrative fees, and restriction from future booking.
