Dr. Daniel J. Gordon brings over 20 years of internal medicine experience to his role as Medical Director at Elevate Medical Spa. Known for his clinical expertise and thoughtful, patient-centered approach, he ensures the highest standards of safety, ethics, and excellence across all treatments.
His extensive medical background guides the Elevate team in delivering evidence-based, effective, and personalized care. With a calm, intentional presence and a deep commitment to patient well-being, Dr. Gordon provides the clinical oversight that allows every patient to feel supported, safe, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

BSN, RN - Founder + Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Aspen Crew is the founder of Elevate Medical Spa, where clinical precision meets a modern, natural approach to beauty. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University and began her career in critical care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, developing strong assessment skills, a calm presence, and a deep commitment to patient safety that guides her work today.
Drawn to the artistry of medical aesthetics, Aspen transitioned into the field four years ago and has since pursued advanced training in facial anatomy, laser science, and injectable techniques. Her philosophy centres on intentional, evidence-based treatments that create fresh, balanced, and authentic results.
Known for her gentle technique and meticulous eye, Aspen provides a personalized treatment experience grounded in education, transparency, and natural enhancement.
Outside the treatment room, she enjoys exploring new places, discovering great local food, and spending time with her dog, Hank: Elevate’s unofficial mascot. Her love for science, artistry, and helping people feel confident shapes the heart of Elevate Medical Spa.
Taylor Zvokel
BSN, RN - Aesthetic Nurse Injector
With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for aesthetic artistry, Taylor brings a thoughtful blend of expertise, precision, and warmth to Elevate Medical Spa. A registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University, she has spent the past five years immersed in aesthetic medicine.
Taylor began her career in Newport Beach, California, training under a board-certified plastic surgeon. Her experience as a perioperative nurse manager and aesthetic injector strengthened her skills in facial anatomy, surgical protocols, and non-surgical rejuvenation—shaping her meticulous, results-driven approach.
Patients value her gentle touch, clear communication, and commitment to personalized, safe, and meaningful outcomes.
Outside the treatment room, Taylor enjoys time with her husband and their two Saint Bernards, exploring Nashville, discovering new coffee shops, and enjoying slow weekends with her little family. She is proud to be part of the Elevate team and loves helping patients feel like their most confident selves.
Ally Hankins
Practice Operations Manager
Ally Hankins brings a warm, welcoming presence to her role as Practice Operations Manager at Elevate Medical Spa. A Nashville native and University of Alabama graduate with a degree in Marketing, she is proud to support the community she calls home.
With the past two years of direct experience in aesthetics, as well as a strong background in customer service, patient relations, and practice operations, Ally plays an essential role in creating the elevated experience patients have come to expect at Elevate. From overseeing day-to-day operations to ensuring every detail behind the scenes runs seamlessly, she helps keep the practice organized, efficient, and deeply patient-focused. Her passion for aesthetics comes from a genuine love for helping others feel confident, cared for, and supported throughout every step of their journey.
Known for her professionalism, attentiveness, and calm leadership, Ally is dedicated to making each patient interaction feel smooth, comfortable, and personalized. She is committed to maintaining the high standard of care and hospitality that defines the Elevate experience.
Outside the spa, Ally enjoys long walks with her dog, Rizzo, exploring new places, and spending sunny days outdoors, especially at the beach. She is grateful to be part of the Elevate team and looks forward to welcoming you with a smile!
Rylie McCasland
Licensed Medical Aesthetician + Laser Technician
Rylie McCasland is a licensed medical aesthetician, laser technician, and Face Reality Acne Specialist with over three years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Her passion for skincare was born from personal experience—after struggling with severe hormonal acne at a young age and undergoing an intense Accutane journey, Rylie discovered the transformative power of medical-grade skincare and professional guidance.
That experience shaped her career path and deepened her commitment to helping others feel confident in their skin. Rylie trained at Paul Mitchell The School for Esthetics, where she laid the foundation for a results-driven approach rooted in education, compassion, and consistency. She specializes in acne correction and customized treatment plans, blending advanced clinical treatments with a calming, ‘elevated’ experience for every patient.
Rylie’s philosophy is simple: results matter, but so does how you feel throughout the process. Her goal is to provide personalized care that not only improves skin health, but also restores confidence—so every patient leaves feeling empowered, supported, and truly seen.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Rylie enjoys the simple joys of life on the farm with her two fur babies, Dinky Jo and Bear, who hold a special place in her heart.
